Sink was not draining very well. Couldn't feel the airconditioning, not sure if it was working properly. Otherwise we found the hotel very convenient for a night between flights.

Property is in a good location. About a 5 minute drive from the airport, and a 12-15min walk to the nearest metro station, which will easily take you around Sydney. The airport shuttle costs about 12AUD or about 8USD back and forth. My room wasn’t the cleanest - fruit sticker on the light switch, food crumbs on tables, and the bathroom was just grimy. It was also noisy. I could hear the woman in the room next door coughing and sneezing. Hotel staff, minus cleaning staff, were often short and dismissive when you talked to them or asked questions. Don’t get me started on the valet guy. My flight getting into Sydney was delayed and I had to email and call multiple times before I got in contact with someone. All in all, you get what you pay for. It’s a decent sleep with easy access to the airport, but if you’re in time for long I’d choose elsewhere.

Stayed for one night before taking an early flight. We took the city bus at the airport to the hotel (one stop). The diner and breakfast were actually very good. We took a uber to the airport which was cheaper than the Suttle bus.

They have a monopoly on the convenient location and the service reflects this. I did not get the room type I booked which was inconvenient. Facilities are ok. Great for early flight access. Staff are very average but it is easier than getting an expensive shuttle bus from the other hotels.
