Overpriced and unreasonable bond
Way overpriced for the level of quality. In need of renovations. This felt like a $100-$150 hotel. Annoyed, they also insisted on a $100 bond, which is not needed if housekeeping checks the room before departure. Bond takes a number of days to release - altogether nonsence!

No printed copy of room service menu available unless one had a smart phone using the room's reader symbol. I choose not to use nor have a smart phone. Reception clerk was helpful and ordered a meal for me. Maybe hotel chains should not just take it for granted that every customer arriving to stay uses a smart phone.

I couldn't believe this amazing 4 star hotel how well priced it was for accommodation Plus the food and beer are amazing and the staff are so professional and friendly. Definitely will be recommending it to my friends and will be going back if we ever need to stay in sydney again
