Ok
Overall my stay was ok.
The room was clean and I felt safe.
But the room was supposed to have a refrigerator. There was no refrigerator.
I asked about it.
One of the staff seemed to think they could get one & agreed it was supposed to have one. And he Said he could make a call.
But the other staff said no and no call would be made. I'd just have to deal with it.
I was initially told i could get cold bottles of water, soda and Red Bull from the bar for free for the inconvenience .
But the same staff were never there again the rest of my stay, and there was no notices left for new staff, to give me drinks for the inconvenience,
Since i couldn't keep any in my room cold.
That was very frustrating.
I booked the room to have a refrigerator.
Also there was no air conditioning.
There was a ceiling fan.
But no actual air conditioning, and it was incredibly warm in the room the entire stay.
This was not stated there was no air in the rooms.
It was also shared toilets/bath.
Which also isn't stated.
Not a deal breaker, but it should be very clear.
