Very clean and tidy. Large room with lovely view. A shower that didnt leak water all over the floor like other places. Comfortable bed. Nice dark curtains. Good air conditioning. On site parking.

Very comfortable modern hotel.

The room and bathroom were immaculate, housekeeping excellent, desk staff friendly and helpful. Did not have occasion to use the bistro,so can't comment on that. The free morning shuttle to catch the Metro at Crows Nest is an excellent service, most helpful. It would be even better if you could book a pickup from Crows Nest in the afternoon. All in all, deserves its 4.5* rating. Would certainly stay here again.

The rooms were large and very clean and immaculate. The staff are very polite and helpful and always greet you with a smile. The restaurant had a great menu and cooked to perfection also very reasonable prices. It's also close to Royal North Shore hospital only a 10min walk away. They also have a free shuttle bus to drop you to near by shops. I'm definitely going to stay there again.
