Have stayed a number of times when I come to Sydney. Hotel Urban offers very comfortable, clean rooms that offer everything you need for overnight or multiple day stays. The cafe is excellent providing a good range of options. The cafe staff are impressive.

I came to Sydney over the weekend for 2 days of training in Crows Nest. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were genuine and helpful, dealing with them at all times was great. The room was lovely and clean. The food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and again the staff were very nice. Very convenient having a restaurant on ground floor after long days training. The last few times I’ve stayed in Sydney I’ve stayed at a few more expensive, bigger inner city hotels where the staff have been fancy, cleanliness was not amazing and it was a bit impersonal. I felt quite at home here. The same front of house staff were on board each day to help with anything I needed. I will be back, thank you for a great stay.

Hotel Urban was an excellent choice for my brief trip. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and a good restaurant on site. Perfectly located via short flat walk to Royal North Shore Hospital.
