Thankyou for allowing us to have a room at 0900hrs after a long flight from LA we really appreciated this. All staff were polite and service focused - the breakfast is really fabulous great value. Just a negative comment - please make sure that you do check the maintenance of items in the rooms such as shower head leaked badly - a tech did fix this on Sunday morning on request however the toilet flush was faulty and was not able to be fixed (no feedback provided) the bedside clock was a nice feature but the battery was flat and the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall and the light did not work

The pillow protector on my bed was urine stained. Not just a small amount but a huge patch. Very smelly. The house keeper could not have missed this when putting the pillow case I tried reporting this to the housekeepers with no response.was told to report to management. On checkout the que was so long I did no have the time to waste to report to front office staff. We paid over $400 for a one night stay -no breakfast. Asked for twin beds. The beds we so small - not the expected double sized. Very disappointed in our stay. Hyatt used to be a very reputable hotel. Not any more Room 512.

Excellent central location. We viewed that Saturday evening darling harbor fireworks from our balcony. Great shopping in the queen Victoria building, excellent cafes and restaurants. Conciege was very helpful with tours and recommendations.

Disappointing to reguire maintenance to fix the drop-down shower seat, replace the non functioning tv remote, and find a plug for the hand basin. The latter two items required 3 visits to the service counter and 2 days to get sorted. It should not be the guests responsibility to locate and report faulty equipment.

Asked in advance for a good room as celebrating 40 th wedding anniversary. Told we had a nice room with city view but was a room looking out on cooling tower. Did get a bottle of wine and some fruit but SO disappointed that room was awful. Also the sheets were too small for the bed and uncomfortable. Went to the Zephyr bar and the lady there so rude. Asked for a table and she just walked off, didn’t know if we were meant to follow her or not, she didn’t utter a word. Such a shame as had great experience at Hyatt in Bali last year
