Loved our choice to stay at the Hyatt Regency with Club Lounge access. Fabulous location to enjoy Vivid with easy access to Darling Harbour and Martin Place. Food in the Club Lounge was wonderful and meant we didn't even bother with dinner, just having lunches out. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very close to Darling Harbour. Having a member of our group that required a wheelchair, though, presented some challenges in trying to get down to the Harbor quickly. Once we figured out the best route, it was easy to get to the Harbour and back. There is a convenience store across the street, which was very convenient. We felt safe walking back to our hotel, from CBD area and Darling Harbour

Second time staying at this hotel & we are still loving it. Had a balcony room overlooking darling Harbour which is absolutely magical. The front counter gave us a free drinks to celebrate my partner's birthday & we were grateful about this kind gesture. Overall the experience would be flawless if the housekeeping can check the bathroom caddy before every guest arrival, then I would give it 5 stars. Whilst showering we discovered there was no shampoo left in the bottle which we had to use bodywash to wash our hair. Not a major problem but surely room for improvement. We still love Hyatt Regency.

Convenient and could walk easily to places. While a nice place to stay I found it noisey. You could hear people having showers like they were in your room. Vacuuming and housekeeping outside my door so couldn’t sleep in.

A very small room. No free water in the mini bar. No discount to any restaurant or bar on the premise. Convulsion: an absolute rip off. Their name is the only thing.. Oh and the parking didn't get discounted. So that was $150. Many better places than here.
