View from our room was great.. very nice… but for the money we paid… over $700 for one night. I would have expected a lot more from our room. Shower was pathetic, basin tap was loose, the room was hot and the aircon even on full didn’t make much difference. Lighting and bed was nice although you still had to pay for the water in your room?? Breakfast in the morning was nice though.. Good location but not worth the money we paid sorry.

The room was clean and modern, the bathroom was quite a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room possibly because it was a wheel chair accessible one which we didn’t need but otherwise it was a great stay

Hyatt Harbour View

Lovely Club room , slightly smaller than expected for the price. Harbour View , clean and well maintained. Very disappointed that no points are added by Hyatt as we use an agent . I feel this is very poor from the chain considering your paying very expensive rates
