I love the Hotel views and I paid a lot of money to stay in the lounge access venue and I was on the 15th floor. I think a couple of incidences when I am paying for a Club lounge room. They wanted to charge me for the two bottles of water in my room Which I found Very disgusting to be honest when I’m paying this much money to them it said that members get it free but apparently that’s if you’re elite that was not explained very well. I suppose that’s the thing that annoyed me the most I paid it was okay but I’m sure the hotel is better and there are much nicer ones these days to go to so we have choice . Also, I have to comment that Wine was absolutely low class The same thing I’m trying to say is that we pay a premium to be in a club lounge and yet you provide wine that is substandard not quality obviously if you don’t drink it not gonna use it so you say money but when a single person comes and is paying for a double room to use that lounge one person like me doesn’t find that funny that we have to pay Low class Wine anyway that’s all I can say whether I stay here again is To improve some of their standards

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt very much. The position of the hotel is excellent with easy access to both Darling Harbour & the city centre. The staff were friendly & we enjoyed the large range of choices available for breakfast.

The room had a great view of Darling harbour but room very small. TV did not work as they were repairing something. Parking was not free and the Wilson's Carpark charges $21 for weekend parking while the Hyatt chargers $55 dollars for 24 hour parking in the same carpark. That is just rude. Skylab was a good experience. The shower's water pessure was strong. The meal at Jackleberry was delightful. Breakfast was average. On the whole a mixed bag. The staff were always very polite. Not always value for money.

Such a great location! So many dining options nearby and in the hotel itself. Friendly attentive staff. I had a balcony room that had such an amazing view of the harbour. Definitely a hotel I will be returning to!
