Paid over 2k for 2 days for 2 rooms but the property comes without any amenities. The service was under average (at best) for the price paid. You will need to adjust with low water pressure in the shower and a sub-standard AC ever after advising. The Front desk and the Back of house dont talk to each other as no notes were left when i enquired. I will not recommend this to any of my friends and also will seek alternatives for corporate stays.

The staff were very friendly and upbeat at check in and at the bar. On check out it was the same. The balcony room with a view was good but noticed no bin liners in bins. On a side note for others looking for parking, do yourself a favour and pre pay it’s far cheaper… $60 for one night staff at the Wilson parking directly across the road is expensive. I rang Hyatt the day before we arrived and asked about parking and was told to check in and then parking voucher will be provided. Unfortunately we still paid $60 with $5 off but we decided not to bother with the discount. Pre pay all the way.

Not really impressed. Some maintenance issues and had to have an extra bed removed from the room! Arrived early and requested our room which wasn't available. Fair enough. Were told it was put in a high priority queue and we would be advised that we would be contacted as soon as it was ready. We were not. Really disappointed
