The bed was very comfy and the hot water had good pressure. Best of all the service provided by Adrian in reception was second to none. He provided extra pillows and blankets and good local advice on directions to a Lebanese Restaurant

Asked for a quiet room and got one with a window that wouldn't close, was quickly moved to another. One day I left the Do Not disturb paper on the door and room service went in anyway just for the rubbish. When I wanted room service it wasn't done. I think I only got it once in 6 days and they didnt even tidy up the bathroom. Then, after I left they charged me again!

Brilliant staff

Warm, clean comfortable room. Great wifi. Staff were amazing. So helpful. My stay was during floods and I had to go to my car for something, a staff member saw I was going out in the rain and walked with me sharing her umbrella. Over and above.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before last time being about a month ago and I’ve given them five star rating but this time they don’t even deserve one star because I’ve requested a room down stairs when I was booking because I have a work injury disabled and could not use the stairs believe me when I say this people had no sympathy or respect,
