This is a no-frills motel that's a little on the pricy side. I would only stay here on the last day to be close to the airport.
The location isn't terrible but it is hard to get to. It is a 17-minute walk from the nearest St. Peters train station. From there, it's another 15-20-minute train ride to Sydney CBD. Otherwise, you can take the 422 bus that stops in front, but it can take you an hour to get anywhere.
You must pay extra for their breakfast which isn't anything too impressive. They had pancakes, toast, cereal, milk, juice, and instant coffee. However, you have a very nice and clean 24-hour Macca's and KFC next door.
The room itself is tiny and the bathroom isn't a real bathroom. It's a standing shower in the corner of the room with a door over it. The toilet is in there as well so the toilet paper gets all wet because there are no shower curtains. I would highly advise you to take the toilet paper rolls out of the holder while you shower. The sink is awkwardly on the other side of the bed.
The bed is more on the firm side. The pillowcases, sheets, and towels were clean but the furniture, walls, and floor of the rooms were quite dirty and sticky.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Housekeeping changed our bedding and gave us fresh towels when we put the card out. The front desk was knowledgeable about where to go for affordable shopping and helped store our luggage after we checked out in a locked room because our flight wasn't until the evening.
