Receptionist was lovely on arrival. Pizza sat under the lights waiting for delivery to table for approx 10 mins. I returned it to be reheated. They did and it was really yummy. Room was small, but clean and comfortable for a night stay. I would stay here again for an overnighter.

We booked the hotel before Cyclone Alfred hit Brisbane and when our flights were cancelled due to the cyclone, we had no way to get to Sydney from Brisbane. Ibis wouldn't refund us or change the dates. We are now flying down next week but have won't be staying with Ibis again, this time we are down the street at Adina for the same price but much larger room incl kitchen and laundry.

Overall the service and area is really great but the room and bathroom are really small. I felt like i was in an airplane already. Plus there was no fan in the bathroom. We had to stay there because of the car rental, otherwise we wouldn’t have.

We checked in, went into the room, saw so the bedbugs on the bed and on the wall and we left the room. The staff did not accommodate us told us that they were full, so we left went to a different hotel.

Not a Good experience

The room service did not come in to give fresh towels, neither was the bed made for the second day of my stay. The restaurant had rather limited food options. The staff was helpful and genial and provided service to the best of their abilities. The shade in the room would not come down fully leaving space for the light to sneak in early in the morning. The electric iron overheated and burnt my shorts when I tried to iron them. Overall, not a great experience.
