Just what youd expect from a budget property. Clean, decent size room and somewhat modern. Unfortunately, right next to the onramp to the bridge so extremely noisy. Similarly, walls are paper thin, so dont expect any real quiet.

The rooms are great for the money, and proximity to the city and Darling Harbour are great. I did well with get a in and out park at secure for $145 within 2 blocks from the Ibis.

The hotel and staff were nice. The air conditioner didn’t work, but the staff were quick to offer another room. The issues were with the parking and the building staff. We weren’t allowed to use the vacant EV chargers (pay for use) in the garage because they didn’t belong to the hotel. Also, we couldn’t get out of the garage because there was work on the door being done before the scheduled time.
