Located in Circular Quay, the InterContinental is handy to everything. All staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The black out curtains gave us a chance to sleep in, too. A great long weekend.

Excellent hotel! I would stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location close to the best sights in Sydney with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The room is very comfortable and has an excellent shower.

Loved this hotel with one huge exception. No decent international news station bbc or cnn nor films just local stuff and old reruns. Really surprised a hotel of this quality was do deficient in international news.

We travelled to Sydney to attend the Gladiator at the Opera House and were a little concerned about parking for our 'pride & joy' car. Not only did the valet staff go above and beyond to ensure the security of our car, the entire staff at Inter-Continental were exceptional. We had a fabulous, peaceful stay. Thanks team.

I have stayed at the hotel 3 times in the last 2 years. I love the hotel's location and quality, but I was beyond disappointed with the comfort of the bed. I do not know what has happened, but it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was the same for my sister. We were staying at the hotel to celebrate her birthday and to enjoy a weekend away. I have been staying at the hotel for over 15 years on and off, and I was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep on the top of the bed on the comforter to give it some softness... I received a lukewarm and uninterested response when I raised this with the hotel.
