Very well located property. Walkable distance to all.major spots. Good dining options around. Staff were friendly. Definitely go ahead with breakfast inclusive stay as it's really scrumptious at an affordable price. Hotel does need a Reno which is underway but still well maintained.

The hotel was nice with comfortable, elegant rooms and very spacious. Breakfast was good and it was served in style! I gave it a 4 star because there was construction and it was very, very noisy all around. The hotel is getting a face lift. We visited during peak season. Perhaps all the construction should have been done off season?!?!?! Other thank having to walk around the construction site and being too noisy, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend it but first check if they are finished with their construction project 😊

This will be a great hotel again later this uear. Just be aware that it is currently undergoing some major renovations outside which include the use of jack hammervtype equipment making it very noisy in some rooms. Also, the pool and spa are closed at this time. We complained and were, after we contacted the manager, given a different room, higher and away from the current construction side. This meant our stay started roughly but ebded up being quite enjoyable. I would recommemd this jotel once cobstruction is completed. Great location for the wharf where all the ferries leave for your day trips.

Our city view one bedroom suite had a view of the brick buildings across the alley on one side, and our own building across a small courtyard area on the other, so not really any view. The building is undergoing renovations, but the rooms were large and comfortable, and the front desk staff welcoming and helpful.

Great location. Doing upgrades at moment so pool out of order and scaffolding around building. Furnishings in foyer in need of a bit of tlc. Amenities in room great. Bed comfortable. Would stay again, but ask for a room that didn't have a view of a brick wall of the building next door (if possible)

Great location close to Light Rail. Facilities were okay, pool was not available during our stay which was dissappointing. In general the room was serviced well though the oven appeared to have not been cleaned for some time and was unpleasant to use. I noticed that the restaurant applied a credit card surcharge when using non-credit accounts and also when charging to the room. I raised this with them on the first occaison but it happened multiple times. Overall I think there are likely better value options for a serviced unit in the city.

Awesome hotel

I'll start with negative... hard to find driving, no info about blocked road or entrance to car park. Double bed was two singles that separated over night. Front desk room phone didn’t work. But staff were excellent. Everything else was awesome. Studio laundry, food, all of it.
