Great location, spacious rooms, helpful staff.
The location is very convenient for Central Station and hence trains to everywhere including the airport as well as being walking distance to all the CBD. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with storing bags before check-in and after check-out and offering alternative rooms on check-in as the one we were initially allocated had netting blocking the view. All the rooms we saw were spacious and comfortable with the outlook being the biggest variable. One issue was that the in room safe was locked closed on our arrival and after being opened by someone from the front desk it transpired the written operating instructions were wrong so it got locked closed again and had to be reopened by a staff member.

An excellent location in a spacious apartment. Full size fridge and kitchenette. Extremely clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and considerate. They are currently updating the lifts and already they seem to be faster. Close to supermarkets, shopping and whatever else your desire may be. It’s a great place to stay.

Check in was easy, staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to central station as well as the shopping precinct. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. My only gripe would be that one of the windows didn’t completely seal shut and so there was some street noise. It didn’t keep me awake :)
