Great location to move around the city. Close to central station! Tidy and very spacious suite. Super friendly and accommodating staff! There was lift maintenance ongoing during our stay, but the noise did not bother us and works were carried out in a professional manner. Nice gym and pool area, very quiet and nice to workout in.

Great location, spacious rooms, helpful staff.

The location is very convenient for Central Station and hence trains to everywhere including the airport as well as being walking distance to all the CBD. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with storing bags before check-in and after check-out and offering alternative rooms on check-in as the one we were initially allocated had netting blocking the view. All the rooms we saw were spacious and comfortable with the outlook being the biggest variable. One issue was that the in room safe was locked closed on our arrival and after being opened by someone from the front desk it transpired the written operating instructions were wrong so it got locked closed again and had to be reopened by a staff member.

An excellent location in a spacious apartment. Full size fridge and kitchenette. Extremely clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and considerate. They are currently updating the lifts and already they seem to be faster. Close to supermarkets, shopping and whatever else your desire may be. It’s a great place to stay.
