The reception is friendly and the check in time is flexible, we stayed with friends until 9 and are comfortable that we still can check in, as the time is listed correctly on the page. Room is clean, and bed is comfy, worth considering

Spacious rooms, clean bathroom, but towels could be a little whiter and bigger. Couldn't even do mine up around me! If you're a very tall person you'll have no trouble, but shorter people will find everything is a little high, cupboards in the kitchen, microwave and I couldn't reach the shower hand held. Nothing to detract from the stay. Staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. TV in bedroom is always appreciated, although it didn't have all the channels that the lounge room one did. Great position, right opposite Macquarie shopping centre, and we walked to the Metro everyday. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very clean but lacked food storage space if wanting to use kitchen facilities on several day stay. Bottom sheet on bed did not fit and could not be tucked under the mattress.
