House cleaning is terrible I didn’t even get a fresh set of linen and I stayed for 10 nights. On a positive note the front desk staff are wonderful and friendly and the pool and gym are great.

Booking platforms misrepresent views of single bed rooms non existent. Rooms poorly maintained, mould in shower and overall rundown and not clean. Hotel staff moved us to a room more aligned with our booking expectations only to have a further issue toward the evening with a noise issue with air conditioner and had to be moved a second time. Frankly we lost 2 nights of stress free sleep only to have Meriton compensate us with late check out, that we couldn’t take advantage of due to our early flight out of Sydney. Our overall experience was ruined and Meriton have a lot to answer for and would not recommend them to friends or family or any travellers through Sydney. I more than happy to share photos as proof.

Nice comfortable bed, location great, amazing views,staff nice to deal with. Overall though we were disappointed with the room, not really like on the website. Lots of aspects needed a makeover particularly the bathroom. After one night we had to call for maintenance... glass shower doors wobbly, shower head broken, door squeaked and had water damage on one side which looked terrible. Curtains and couch grubby. We were offered another room but once the shower had been fixed we persevered with staying and we were there 6 nights!

Staff were very helpful and friendly although when I checked in noticed main television wasn’t working, blinds bent and hard to shut and long black bars through the entire apartment and bathroom, the floors had not been vacuumed, also 2 of the elevators were not working and the wifi was broker for several hours

Great location, well maintained building. I can see the Opera House from my room. Generally I had a good stay but there are a few minor issues that I shouldn’t have to deal with at this price point: - one time reception told Uber Eats that they can’t hold my food for me. The Uber Eats guy put the food outside the building instead. Not sure who is at fault here but just really weird IMO - elevator is sometimes buggy and sometimes out of order - my blanket has a yellow spot that I didn’t notice for a few days
