They have everything you need and in a prime location for everything inner city. I also got to view the fireworks straight from the landing platform at Darling Harbour. Will def stay there again.

Comfortable bed, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Toaster would have been nice. Pool was lovely. Hot tub was not hot and it was foamy. Room itself was tired. There was no information at check in about lack of housekeeping and how to get supplies. It was a very frustrating stay overall.

The apartment was lovely, plenty of space and was very clean. Went to the spa and after a minute noticed all this dirty foam which made me feel gross. Staff were lovely however I suggested they check the alarm clock as when it went off at 5am it was super annoying.

We love this place, it's quiet and safe. The location is great and easy to walk around. Train station/groceries is 5mins away. The pool/gym was great too and we enjoyed our stay there! Will definitely come back.

All good, except for electricals.
The bedroom light had flickered and even went out for a short period at one time. However, front desk told me that the maintenance team couldnt find antthing wrong, whereas, there was a note in my room that claims maintenance team couldnt enter the room because i had out the DND tag on my door knob (we had arranged via phone the night before for maintenance team to come in while i was away from room). Not sure what the miscommunication here was about. Anyway, I believe there is an issue with the electricals cos there is this constant spark sound going off from the false ceiling the entire night, keeping me awake.

Comfortable family stay.
Good stay with family. Room was clean and tidy. Staff at reception and concierge were courteous and polite. We opted to pay for hotel parking which was $60 a night (expensive) but we had babies and wanted to keep things convenient.
