Pros: - Coles in the same complex - Friendly staff - Good location if going to an event at EQ Cons: - Initially put in wrong room (basement level via car garage with street entrance) - Modern suite in dire need of TLC all round - Hallways and rooms have an awful smell - More than rough around the edges - Didn’t feel clean - Didn’t look clean (bathroom mostly) - No facecloth/washcloths?!? Never have I come across this before? - Did I mention how awful the place smelt? (Musty, moist and urine?) - Pool and gym not in the same building - Broken shower door, half off its hinges so didn’t close - Screen door broken, off its rail so didn’t close properly - Road noise as property is on the eastern distributor (basically a freeway) Review isn’t a reflection on the staff as the were friendly but I absolutely wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Location

Apartment very clean with everything provided that you could possibly want. Reception staff very helpful. The suites were in a very nice neighbourhood in Sydney, very safe and clean. Shops, Bars and bus only 4 mins walk away. Would highly recommend.

Definitely a great location, room was a bit untidy and the parking was a nightmare to access due to the staff not entering the details properly, took at least 5 attempts to finally get them to fix that issue.

Overall, the stay was fine, but we had two major issues. The hostel’s jacuzzi was beyond dirty—extremely filthy—which was very disappointing. Additionally, we were never given a card to access the facilities and had to rely on the gym staff to let us in each time, which was quite inconvenient. We chose this hotel specifically for these amenities and ended up very disappointed. Other than that, everything else was standard, normal, and fine.

Easy walk to Moore Park. Upgrade of room was appreciated however, we had to have cold showers in Sunday night as we had no hot water until just before we checked out on Monday morning. No big deal though, everything else was awesome.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed, unfortunately the bed linen had someones blood stains on it. The kitchen and amenities were excellent but the air conditioner in the bedroom leaked water badly onto the bedroom floor and had done so for a long period as the arcatraves were rotting. Had to turn off AC overnight as the noise was like a Waterfall

Was booked as a last minute replacement but we found it comfortable and convenient so we extended our stay. The staff were very helpful when we had to move rooms mid stay because we wanted to eliminate the need to use stairs.
