The vent above the shower would leak pretty bad when the guest above was using the shower. It would leak so bad that water would splash all over the bathroom. We informed the staff and nothing was done. No one really came to clean the room during our 3 night stay. Made the bed once. Emptied the trash once. Didn’t vacuum. Having said that the location was convenient.

There was 6 of us traveling in pairs and we had 6 rooms reserved…each indicated that it felt more of a motel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to stay, this is it. We basically paid for what we got, however, no place should have dirty curtains, the shower curtain had lots of mold, the carpeting and the bed sheets felt like they weren’t washed; bring your own pillows, their’s is pretty used and flat, and we didn’t trust the hot pot coffee pot. The staff was friendly. If you do a hop on/off tour, the shuttle pick up is about 3 blocks up hill. It was okay for me, but my mom who is in her 70’s, it was not convenient for her. There is an abundance of restaurants and shopping near this hotel/motel. There is a breakfast buffet for $25 AUD, which we didn’t go to because of the lack of cleanliness we experienced with our rooms. My sister and her husbands bathroom was leaking what may have been from the floor aboves shower (we hope and not toilet water) thru the vents! When they called hotel staff, they didn’t do anything or even offer them another room, probably because it was sold out. The photos online doesn’t not represent its justice…a filter was definitely used or photo shopped! We should be compensated for the disappointing condition and lack of cleanliness in the rooms we were assigned. The public part of this property itself was overall mainly clean.

The hotel is near the Central Train Station and it’s a safe walk distance to the hotel while also having the best place to be at in Sydney. The hotel was located in the Middle of Sydney where you can go and see the sights there are also it’s located in Thai Town.

Didn't get any sleep on 21/10/24 Elevater right next door to the room. Room was stuffy and too warm. Cleaners clanking around outside at the crack of dawn. This was our second stay, first one was great. Its a shame because the location and value is great.
