Brilliantly located just two blocks from Sydney Central Station, directly opposite The Capitol Theatre for major theatre productions, and amidst Sydney's Thai Town for dining and late-night options, this hotel is one of the best balances between quality and convenience for anyone interested in any of those things. The parking is more than block away and deep in the World Square shopping centre, but cheaper than other inner city carparks.

the carpet was torn/lifting, paint or glue stains on cabinets/door, peeling wood on bottom of door, shower curtain had missing links and was paper thin, if you were over 5 ft, good luck in the shower, the head was low, the place needs major renos. location is the only good thing. staff never smiled once and we dealt with 4 different ones

The staff were great - very helpful. Unfortunately the room had clearly not been properly cleaned. We found numerous items in the room that had been left be the prior guest, including a dirty band-aid.

The rooms were ok. the junior suite, sofa beds were terrible, need mattress replacements big time. One day, out all day, came back, room still not cleaned? disappointed in that. Otherwise ok, location very good.

We loved the proximity to everything we required ie Capitol Theatre, Chinatown, Central Station, Light Rail. The staff on Reception were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable. Suggest a couple of water glasses to be in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you
