Not bad.

No cash accepted this hotel. Expensive hotel. Far from the airport. Took 15 mins from International airport to hotel. Always busy at checkout and the lobby. If you need to take the free shuttle bus you need to be there very early because small ban will pick you up. It always nice to have free shuttle service though. Thank you.

Amazing service and room! All the staff were very lovely and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was so worth it and Bar Moxy was a great place to be to wind down and also meet new people. Will definitely be staying again!

The room is on the small side. The sink is outside of the bathroom. There isn’t much room to leave your suitcase out and open. The room was modern and clean. The shower was good size.

Great hotel close to the airport. We walked there and only 1.5 km as we wanted the exercise after flying. Funky bar, cool bedroom, great breakfast, friendly staff.

Funky, Comfy + Great Service

Super friendly service. Funky hotel with comfy spaces to sit and drink/eat/play games. Comfortable bed and great shower in a well designed room. My only suggestion would be to include a bar fridge. Easy parking, access and close to airport.

We arrived at the domestic terminal in Sydney had made our way to the designated pick up for the shuttle. We had made the reservation the day prior to be picked up. Waited 15 minutes passed our requested pick up time and still no shuttle. We called the front desk multiple times to no answer. Finally Ubered to the hotel and let the lady checking us in know our frustration with no shuttle coming to get us after making a reservation and also trying several times to call them. No remorse from the front desk lady at all, just “sorry that happened and we will check with the manager and get back to you.” Pretty pathetic to advertise free transportation and then disregard a paying customer when they ask why it didn’t show up to pick you op, and end up paying $30 for a 5 minute Uber instead.

As an airport hotel it is fine. The neighborhood is a little run down as would be expected by an airport hotel but all good at the hotel. Shuttle drops you off so no worries.
