Half the price you would expect to pay in central Sydney. A two minute walk to Rosehill horse races. Bus 920 at door, ten minutes to Parramatta train. Kudos to helpful Evelyn and great big frozen portion at reasonable cost. Microwave , bath and washing machine in the room. Amazing!

Good location and good value for the price. King bed is very uncomfortable- two singles joined together and the join is not padded - woke up many times in the night. They need good thick mattress toppers if they want to join beds

Property was pretty clean. Most of the front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. Woolies is a 7 minute walk away. Breakfast was a little high in preserved meats, but had a decent spread and filled our stomachs every morning. One area of improvement would be the Wifi though, it was kind of intermittent and not very fast.

The rooms were tidy and clean. The beds were super comfy. Parking was tricky for a large car so need to be careful. Staff was friendly and caring.

Thankyou Evelyn, for your quick helpful check in, after we dealt with long airport delays, spa was relaxing, and buffet breakfast was delicious with great variety, from std bacon n egg breaky with all the trimings, to fruits n yoghurts, juices, coffee teas, cereals, pastrys,etc and that happy singing smiling staff at breakfast indicates a happy fun work enviroment..welldone team Nesuto, we will be back and we will recommend
