Hotel is conveniently located, being close to several parks, Lavender bay and Luna Park, with the railway station basically next door Great views of the harbour even from the basic rooms The staff are very helpful and approachable, they were willing and able to accommodate all my requests Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the room service food is excellent Stayed here twice now for multiple nights, highly recommended The nightly surcharge is absolutely reasonable compared to the extortionate fee other places charge for having a pet Parking is also reasonably priced and if your car won't fit in the car park, limited spaces are available outside reception The railway line runs underneath, this seems to bother other reviewers, I found it became part of the background noise after awhile

Excellent stay in Sydney!

Easy train ride to the hotel. Check-in was early and very easy. Room was nice, excellent view of Sydney Harbour. Very enjoyable stay!

There was a domestic violence dispute going on in the bedroom next door I rang the reception twice and was about to call the police myself when someone finally came up to stop them and the screaming after it had been going for hours! Also we were not told that trains would be going next to the hotel all day and night so we did not sleep either - not great stay at all

Picked this hotel for first night after arrival. Easy enough access by car using satnav and once there there is no need to use car again until leaving if just visiting Sydney centre due to nearby train station. Got a bridge view room and it delivered on that. Luna park is a short walk away and there are several cafes and Restaraunts within 10 mins walk (though many seemed to close early on our Sunday arrival). Hotel bar also serves food. Would use again if visiting Sydney.

Loved Our Stay – Especially the Harbour View!

I stayed at Harbour View Hotel North Sydney from Friday night to Monday, and I absolutely loved our stay. I chose the Harbour View room, and it was definitely worth it—the view was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. I’d happily stay here again!
