the swimming pool was closed. had to pay for parking in the building garage. for price could have stayed in another property. Gym even though open had building works in access way. stayed at OAK apartments before but this one was a bit of a let me down.

We loved the location, excellent staff and very generous storage spaces in the room. Unfortunate that one elevator was out of action and major renovation was taking place during our stay.

Aging facility. The lift being out of action meant it was a long wait to get the one elevator (servicing about 20 floors) to enter or exit the hotel. We got no information about hotel facilities despite a 4 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. I only found out there may be a pool and or gym from reviewing the photos before writing this review. Lovato was ok though, near a train and World Square

Hotel location great. Parking ok. Tricky to find spot but nothing we couldn't handle. Cheaper if u pay when booking room. Staff very helpful. Bathrooms dated but ok. Power point for Kettle only in bathroom a bit dodgy. Not sure where u would plug the toaster in??? TV on low table . Construction happening in pool area so no pool and only one lift working. All over comfortable stay. Will stay again.

The receptionist was lovely and courteous. Just a couple of minor issues, "it was difficult to understand him due to he's accent and softly spoken voice. There was some confusion even after requests to repeat. He was very well dressed but the other two staff were untidy. Checkout staff was very well spoken and very well dressed. There's a notice about leaving the place clean but the cups on arrival were dirty with coffee/tea rings. Overall a good stay, rooms are spacious, central location. Good value for money.

OK little hotel close to Central station
The lift seemed to be a constant source of confusion, with 2 sets of buttons for 3 lift wells where 1 lift wasnt in action. Overall the room was pleasant and clean. The pool though was not: no plade to put your change of clothes, extremely dark, cold and murky. The stairs and tiles were very slippery when wet, not very safe at all. Pool was not available for half my stay, only when I was leaving I learnt I could have used the pool at the sister hotel. Other than that everything else was good, hope that the maintenance on the roof includes adding a lot more chairs so people can put their towels.

The front desk staff were really great and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was out of order and this had not been communicated, as it was the reason I had specifically booked this property. The room was a bit run down but the bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good spot, close to the train station and the light rail.

Older, basic, clean & spacious apartment. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. The location is good for accessing transport but the city noise we heard from the 21st floor was extremely loud especially during the night. Another problem was that there is only one lift that services the 11th to the 26th floors which means people are left waiting for long periods of time. A better locking system for the balcony door would be better for families with young children.

The location is convenient to access downtown. The pictures overstate what the rooms really look like. The view is of other apartments with peoples laundry hanging out. The rooms we stayed in were tired and need updating. One of the rooms had mold in the shower.
