We stayed in a room on the “old” side of the building but the room was neat with modern facilities. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, with easy access to Olympic Park. Plenty of dining options in the streets around the hotel. Ground floor bar was nice, and the breakfast buffet was affordable and delicious. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time, but they communicated this clearly with me in the weeks before my stay and again while checking in, and kept noise to within the times they had promised. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fantastic location, great service. We were here to go to the rugby at Olympic Park. Public transport easy, dining brilliant on station street. Very pleasently surprised by Parramatta city, worth exploring.

Good location but in need of a refresh
It was ok stay. The room is good sized but the bathroom is terrible. There’s a fixed shower head covered in limescale and there was no hair conditioner. The bathroom was hard to keep dry as the old shower head was splashing water all over the place. Breakfast was average. Not much of a selection. In room dining requires a $5 delivery fee so give that a miss and buy from the shops around. Lots of restaurant choices.

Excellent room, clean and new. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Only issue was the A/C in our room didn't work. Rooms at the from of the building that face on to George Street are noisy from the restaurants and traffic below.
