Great little room

Good clean hotel. Not in the greatest area of Sydney CBD but close to everything. The only negative is have access to the toilets on the pool level. To have to go back to your room was annoying.

Not a great experience, rooms were outdated but staff were great. The room I was allocated had ripped carpet, signs of mould in the bathroom and was overall quite outdated. The staff at the check in counter were lovely, I went down as requested a different room as to which they let me see the other options which was a great help. If I didn’t get given other options I would have left and gone elsewhere but the staff assisted me greatly.

This hotel was okay…mostly due to its location. Easy to get to the bus and light rail system. Short walk to Hyde park and the museum. Biggest downfalls were the very small, dusty rooms, slowest elevator ever.
