Pros- best area in Sydney Cons- checked in early and room not ready ( this was fine as checkin is at 1400 - tried to get room at 1400 and staff couldn’t find reservation then room wasn’t ready - room on 8th floor stank of smoke and had the sofa bed made up - staff able to move us but to level 5, then couldn’t find our bags - cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on doors for cleaning prior to 0930 and when asked to come back mostly didn’t This is not a staffing issue and any fault is with management. We lived in the complex prior to 2020 and the hotel has deteriorated. As this is one of Accors flagship products it was poor. There are better places to stay in Sydney, not recommended

We loved the great location, room and staff!
Incredible location, great staff, and a huge room with washer and dryer - we loved this very updated hotel! We arrived on a red-eye from SFO around 8am and were greeted by the super friendly front desk staff who stored our bags in no time at all, so we could start enjoying Sydney. You only need about 1-2 minutes to walk to the ferries, which are conveniently located next to the buses, trains and trams. It's all right there - you won't need uber at all. You need only 5 minutes to walk to the opera house, and you're at the bridge in less than 10 minutes. Lots of great restaurants by the bridge as well, in the adorable area called The Rocks. The stunning botanic gardens are right across the street from the hotel as well... it's really a great choice.

Terrific location
Apartment with balcony had nice view to the Botanic Gardens. One bedroom, kitchen, laundry etc. Serviced daily. Sofa bed was made up for 3rd adult.Terrific location at Circular Quay and close to ferry, train, light rail, buses. Check in was messy with being charged twice and still waiting for the excessive 2nd charge to be back into my account.

Breath taking Harbour views
Pullman Quay Grand offers an unparalleled experience for those seeking both luxury and breath taking views of Sydney Harbour. It had been a few years since we had stayed at Quay Grand so we were not sure as what to expect. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a seamless check-in process and warm hospitality, setting the tone for our stay. Our rooms were elegantly designed, combining modern comforts with tasteful decor that complements the coastal surroundings. We were there to celebrate our daughters birthday which coincided with Vivid. Quay Grand offers one of the best views in the city for the Vivid experience without the crowds. We had a beautiful welcome note in our room wishing our daughter a Happy Birthday with some gorgeous sweets. The staff at Pullman Quay Grand went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The staff deserve to be praised for their attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, the Pullman Quay Grand is a perfect choice for travellers looking to unwind in a luxurious setting with breath taking views. Highly recommend.
