Courteous and friendly reception desk, clean and spacious room, upgrade from studio to one-bedroom apartment unit, functional kitchenette with complete range of kitchen appliances and utensils, free parking within property, fast and quick-access wi-fi network, easy to find and access via the main road, highly recommended for all types of travellers, I will be booking this property again for my future Sydney visits!

Lack of communication and accountability

The washing would not rinse correctly and after multiple attempts to sort it was still not sorted. Very disappointing from a customer perspective as the apartment was booked because it offered lots of facilities

This room tired and worn out the lounge was broken and had cigarette burns the fridge was incredibly noisy and kept us awake most of the night and I had to turn it off And this was supposed to be an upgrade on the one we originally booked, I hate to think what that was like.

Great stay at Quest

I had a really pleasant stay at Quest Hotel. The reception team was friendly and professional, making check in and check out quick and easy. Housekeeping was excellent, the room was always clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout my stay. The location is also great, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Everything was convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Reasonably Priced. Good Location

Very nice location. 10 mins walk from the metro. Reasonably priced. Full kitchen and in-suite laundry. Small personal patio. I paid extra for a guaranteed king sized bed and it was just two twins pushed together that’s why I only gave it 4 stars for comfort. I stayed for 17 nights and could not have been happier with my choice.
