The drinking cups in the room were not clean. They couldnt provide hotel basics like slippers for hygiene. The pool was dirty and unswimmable. Overall will not be returning

Was not impressed by breakfast service…a group of tourists were given priority over us. I arrived at 6.30am waiting and even though they arrived after me they were served first! Not impressed that I was not told about this when I checked in…….as a result I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet and hot food was cold!

Not quite the Rydges you expect.

Location - Excellent. Right next to Mcdonalds, and about 5mins drive to restaurants and cafes. Condition Very dated. - Could have invested in an ikea storage space to house the bar fridge. - Cleanliness and maintenance is an issue. You will notice this at the lift lobby, dirty walls and damaged corners. In the room's ensuite, dirty grout, cracked tiles.

The only good things about this hotel is the customer service, and Netflix included, and the climate control made the room comfortable. The room is clean but everything else is lower than expected such as the bathroom is broken tiles everywhere. The un pleasant smell from the carpet carry through from the hall way to the room. The noise from the tap so loud, the room not well insulated you can hear noise when people talking in the hallway or room next door, and the busy road noise.
