Not as good as previous stays. Blackout blinds have seen better days with sunlight coming in both sides & blind coming off the roller. Had problems this time with Chromecast. Staff last 2 days were very obliging. Allowed luggage to stay so I could sightsee in CBD before I left Sydney later in the day.

Spacious room. Amazing pool and spa. If you like a soft bed the beds are amazing. Couple of things, teaspoons in room to stir sugar into cup of tea. And towels are very thin. One bath towel was so threadbare it had a hole in it.

Wonderful stay! Incredibly convenient city location, less than 5 mins from Central station with a Woolies and 7-11 on the neighbouring corners. Friendly, helpful and accessible staff. Very spacious, clean and nicely furnished room, I could even connect the chrome cast from my phone to the TV which was great during downtime. Delicious buffet breakfast and even its own little boutique cinema with daily screenings for kids & grown ups! This will definitely be my go-to city hotel from now on!

I have dietary requirements and when asked about the food I needed I felt the response was off handed and abrupt. There were some staff who were very accommodation and some less so and abrupt. Reception staff on check-in and out were very good.

Very central which makes it great for exploring Sydney, but ridiculously high parking fees. Room was comfortable but very warm regardless of setting on the AC. They encourage you not to have your room Serviced and I’m guessing it’s down to not having many staff as it was early evening by the time our room was done.

Pros: Reception staff very helpful. Comfortable beds, spacious room. Pool, spa and sauna good. Room service expensive but meals were great (chicken parmigiana). Breakfast nice. Cons: Air conditioning in room not cool enough. Set on 17 but felt much warmer. Housekeeping did not provide enough towels for the number of guests registered to the room on one occasion, but this was addressed by reception staff.
