A centrally located hotel with a plethora of eating spots and shopping nearby. As it is in the CBD, the streetlife is noisy at night and the early rubbish collection reminds you that you are visiting a big city. I was surprised to pay extra for a coffee (filtered was free) and for bottled water. The parking is a slight challenge - I am glad I watched the vidoe before I arrived (which is excellent).

Great location in central Sydney. Room clean and bed comfortable. Staff helpful and liked the option to opt out of housekeeping for a dining credit. Bar/dining area is a great option for drinks and eats, although many other options around including a supermarket right under the hotel area. Always try and stay here when visiting Sydney

The staff were really helpful and polite. My initial room was smelly and I have to endure poop smell for a couple of hours. The hotel manager upgrade us to a bigger room without the smell but it didn't have bathtub. My initial booking had the bathtub and that's why I chose the room and the hotel. So, it was pretty disappointed no to get the bathtub after changing rooms. If you ask me today, I might not coming back because of this issue

One of the better options at this end of Sydney CBD is a reliable major inner-city hotel with the various trappings you'd expect. The rooms I've had are aging somewhat, but certainly clean and comparatively spacious. The hotel is directly above a major shopping mall, and the parking associated is cheaper than other inner-city hotel options when validated with your stay. Staff often offer some options at check-in, such as a discount on multi-night bookings if you don't have the room cleaned every day, In my Expedia Gold benefits, my room was upgraded, but staff forgot to offer me the complimentary drink, and typically I've had to ask about each benefit.

Great area to stay in!
Hotel is positioned in a great area with close access to everything. The rooms are quite small with dated washrooms. Some upgrades have been done but at the end of the day its an old hotel with a facelift. Staff were always helpful and beds were comfy.
