The crowded lobby really takes away from the luxury that is the Shangri-La, also the crowded breakfast area has too many tables it's really crowded also, I think the staff are trying there best but it's just too busy, incredible views of the city tho

This was a great hotel to stay in. Its central location near the port was perfect for us. Wished we could have stayed longer. Very appreciative of the checkin agent who sent us a bottle of wine to celebrate our 30th anniversary! Very surprising and nice touch!

Loved the Horizon Club facility unfortunately should make guests aware of the key card is near your iPhone it can deactivate it . Got stuck in the lift - going up and down with card not working - managed to get to reception with cool response to my problem . Appreciate for security need ID but I didn’t have any on me. Got resolved but think it would help to make guests aware of this potential issue at check in . Nevertheless a lovely stay at a lovely hotel
