Okay so I’ve stayed at the Hong Kong location and the bar was set pretty high. Service in HK was great, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. So I was expecting the same here, but was left with great dissatisfaction. The hot breakfast is not fresh, and the selection is very limited. The breakfast service is understaffed and could not get coffee refills, the breakfast order was not correct, was premade and reheated of kept warm for a very long time. Not good, don’t get the beakfast. Better options are within walking distance.

Great stay at Shangri-La. 10 minute walk to The Rocks or the Quay is a perfect location. Staff were super friendly and room was very nice. Breakfast had very good options and would definitely recommend.

I did not stay even though i was booked and paid Due to unforeseen circumstances i could not stay I tried to change my booking date but that would have cost me an extra $1000.00 which to me is extortion I tried to cancel my booking on 10th Aug giving ONE WEEK notice but was told no cancelation policy So i just left it without giving them the chance to double did on my missfortune In conclusion i will never patronize them again Also i will never use YOUR booking service ever again

everything was great except for the walk to the city, it was on a hill, and need to walk down, but its a very nice hotel, staffs were helpful.

Nice Hotwl , I booked 3 nights via Hotels.com and got a room in level 6 Had a friend went direct same time frame BUT only 2 days and he got level 26 And a 3rd ( same conference) BUT fly in fly out 1 night via another hotel type booking business and she got a 1 bedroom apartment on level 16 I got NO Coffee Pod machine and both my friends did Sadly to appears the Hotel looks after people booing either in other sights or direct 😎 Not a cool 😎 situation
