The location is great, plenty of eating and grocery options nearby. Chatswood Chase shopping centre is across the road and being renovated. My living area (room 221) faced the building works but I didn’t find the noise too intrusive. Appreciated the Nespresso machine and pods, the bathrobe and slippers and the shower water pressure is excellent too. Put the dishwasher on during the day, it’s loud.

The property was nice. The shower head was very high up though, the bed is a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately the view did not match the advertisement and there was very loud construction happening right outside the balcony, So we didn't get to enjoy the balcony at all. The parking was fantastic and the staff were exceptional, kind, and very polite with a happy disposition. The shower is kind of weird though, with no full screen, letting water out into the vanity area. There is no control over the air-conditioning temperature which was weird. The proximity to our event was right next door and close to so much shopping and dining options. 3 stars over all.

Unexpected water restriction for 4 hours

Check-in was prompt. Unfortunately there was water stoppage for 4 hours from 9am on one of our 6 days stay there, in order to fix an urgent plumbing issue. There was a brief unannounced water stoppage on the day before the 4 hours water stoppage. We were notified via email for the scheduled water restriction, but would prefer to be notified via SMS as well. Overall staff is courteous and service is prompt.

Lovely staff, spacious room, and a very comfortable stay. The only downside was the balcony/outside area was very dirty and not a usable space. Which was a shame as it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the view.

No curtains

Nice enough hotel but room only had sheer curtains so I was awake as soon as the sun was up. Not that relaxing on a weekend away. Told staff on check out and response was ‘oh it should have’ they didn’t really care at all.
