The hotel is idealy located to visit the Opera house It has helpful friendly staff with a good breakfast buffet.. The only shortcomings are the hotel is looking tired in places & the parking spaces are tight in parking a Toyota RAV 4.

Great suite. Would be bigger than some people's apartments. Marble bathroom , two toilets, separate loungeroom, huge bedroom. Only downside is the selection of free coffees and teas. Pretty awful and only two of each. My husband likes 2 coffees before he gets up and I like one. No free biscuits! Love free biscuits with our early morning coffee

The property is very well situated and close to circular quay and all transport routes. It is a lovely old building which needs some looking after. You can see it once was a grand hotel and is now a little shabby in places. Our room was a lovely size and easily fitted 3 people.

Royal Botanical Garden and Circular Quay both within 100 meters. Very large room with lots of amenities. Friendly staff. I’d stay again any time.

Great location- close to opera house and Circular Quay. The room was a great size, old English style which was lovely. Staff were not overly engaging or helpful to be honest. I am a Gold member so should have received a bottle of wine and upgrade if available- neither of which were offered or commented on. I approached the staff on the last day so a bottle of wine was provided but it wasn’t great service if I am honest. Otherwise stay was fine and I would stay again.

We are returning guests and we always receive a warm, friendly welcome from staff !! The hotel is very clean and charming with beautiful marble bathrooms. It is located in a very good location- being close to trains, ferries and Circular Quay!!
