Staff were extremely helpful. Concierge were so lovely and had great personalities and customer service. I received an upgraded room, cake, wine and fruit platter as I mentioned I was there celebrating my birthday. The view from the room, especially the bathroom was amazing. Convenient location next to the ICC, 80m walk from Convention Tram station, 10-15 min walk from Central station. The hotel is clean, modern, with good amenities including comfy slippers. Self checkin and the digital key (if u have the Accord Hotel app) is so handy. No need to wait in queues when you check in. Easy walk to Darling Square and China Town, highly recommended!

1st time in Sydney

Had an amazing stay at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. My room was amazing, bed was very comfortable, definitely enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub on a cold rainy day, and the view from my room was spectacular even though some is of construction. Daily breakfast was good as well. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sydney.
