My kids loved the Swissotel. Our room had a full view of Sydney Centrepoint Tower. Excellent location to trams, shops and food. Ideal for family with kids. As a bonus, we had access to seeing Ariana Grande (my daughter's favourite singer) for her 'Wicked' Premier which was across the road from our hotel. Staff service was outstanding. Thank you, Swissotel.

They need to get there Valet service up to date. I was told 20minutes but because a big group came in it was 45 minutes. I was inline before the group so I should have been attended to beforehand. I was happy, and we were late for our concert.

This was the second time I stayed as I thought I would give it a go again after a very average to poor first experience. The hotel is very nice and the location is very central however the staff still let it down. I think it comes down to the fact they have no sense of urgency even for small simple requests. I do not think I will stay again and may just book at the QT across the road from now on.

The staff were lovely, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were so quiet even though we were right in the centre of everything. The hotel is so close to everything and easy to walk everywhere.

Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay. You lose a star because the cleaning lady came right into my room at 10am yesterday, I was in bed. Also check out staff took way too long, should have taken half the amount of time.
