The property is beautiful and located in the heart of the cbd. Room spacious. Facilities lovely. What was disappointing was the lack of communication from the check in staff. We were told we could have an early priority check in. It never happened. Even when 3pm check in occurred, still no communication after I was reassured by two different staff that I would be contacted as soon as the room was available.

We love this hotel. Great area for visitors and walking distance to most points of interest and very close to public transportation. Buffet Breakfast was very good and not expensive compared to prices in Australia.

Hotel was lovely but the parking is horrendous. Valet parking is not very clear and easy to miss and very expensive. Took at least 30min to collect car waiting for it to be brought up front.

Hotel was good, not sure of 5 syar rating. Air conditioner had a creak when running and bar fridge had condensation dripping from it, other than that the room was nice, clean and close to everything.
