Pool area very disappointing. Unkempt, and no swimming for people who don’t have excellent mobility: only a ladder to enter. Womens sauna not working. Plus nasty UHT milk portions. A hotel at these prices should provide fresh milk: it’s not that hard! Long waits for check-in, check-out and to extend stay. Not good enough for what you pay.

Keep looking - don’t stay here.

The handicap accessible room is almost dangerous! The shower floor was slick and there weren’t enough grab bars. The shower bench wasn’t attached to the wall correctly and I couldn’t use it. Insufficient towels and bed linens. Not enough room for a wheelchair. The lifts in the lobby were out of service so no way to get to a public restroom. The early arrival lounge on the 6th floor is like a hospital waiting room. Too many other better places to stay close by. Not a Marriott standard.

This is a great central property. It is a short walking distance to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, the Rocks and transportation. The concierge staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful!

The room was the opposite of the Staff room, and the noise from multiple slamming doors early Saturday morning—after a late Friday night—kept waking me up. It was a shame because it was so expensive. Plus, the aircon was slightly noisy and weak at heating, leaving the room quite cold for two hours. So it is not unfair to say, not worth for money and value.
