Construction works going on next door. Banging construction noise early every morning. Not many amenities and very very small bathrooms.

Check in process was stressful, details were supposed to be given 24 hours in advance, I had to chase this up at the airport. On arrival check in code for door access was incorrectly given. Had to wait outside the door to contact and be given another code. Inconvenient when you are jet lagged and travelled for over 22 hours. Dead cockroach outside front door on arrival and cob webs in corners of the room. Disappointed.

Great affordable property for a family of five. Excellent location a short walk to Bondi Beach. Reallly nice hotel with unique layout. Only one room for everyone but was worth it for the location.

The furniture is what you’d find in a back alley. Website says we’d receive check in details 24 hours prior to checking in but we didn’t. Did not get check in info until 3 hours prior to check in.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use some extra cleaning, but otherwise everything was great!
