Quiet and reliable

I like this hotel a lot. The parking is a bit strange to be honest but the rest of the check-in process was fantastic. I asked for a quiet room and had to change once but got it. The rooms themselves are really comfortable and it’s handy having a full kitchen etc.

Shuttle cost each person $10.00 from hotel to airport. Across the street the airport shuttle was free. And the Moxy's hotel across the street had a better restaurant too. It seemed everything we wanted at this hotel they wanted to nickel and dime us. We have stayed here 3 times previously. We understand ownership has changed since we last stayed and we would not return. We did not think the menu at the restaurant was very good; hence we went elsewhere.

We have been travelling for 5 weeks and every hotel that we stayed in provided a baby cot free of charge. This hotel charges $30 per night for an infant crib. They also cancelled our room key first thing in the morning and then we were unable to go back up the elevator to retrieve our luggage.

I booked this due to the hotel's proximity to the airport and the availability of the hotel/airport shuttle service. The check-in process whilst easy, the staff were not overly friendly. I put this down as being late in the day. The food was fantastic, both in the restaurant and room-service. Unfortunately, the electronic concierge device didn't work, when we tried to arrange food the staff once again were less than helpful, and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. So, hotel facilities were amazing, food was fantasic, but the service was a little lacking.

Absolutely loved this property. Staff are lovely. Nate’s restaurant has a great variety of delicious food. The roof top bar is great and the bonus was the kids could come up too. Love the kids swimming pool and play area. Very convenient. Rooms are fantastic. Very quiet and comfortable. Location is next to the airport.

From the moment you walk in to reception you feel special. The staff are very helpful and professional, and to my surprise we were offered a free upgrade on arrival. The apartment was spectacular with full kitchen and balcony. The prices were very reasonable with complementary bathrobes. It has an on-site pool,, dining, roof top bar with fabulous views. There is so much to love about this place you won’t want to leave

Stumbled across this hotel whilst searching for one to stay the night before an international flight. Very nice hotel and facilities. However I think the bars must not have much foot traffic, because anything carbonated we ordered was dead flat. Otherwise, was a good overall experience and would stay here again. Very close to domestic terminal and just a short drive to the international airport.

We love the Branksome Hotel because it's got a 5 star feel. We are from Perth and this was our second time staying there because of it's location and affordability, and we love the size, not too big, not too small. Everything about it is just right. It's very clean and just feels warm and cosy. Love the pool and gym, Nate's Restaurant, love the roof top bar. My husband always enjoys waking up early and going for a workout in the pool and gym. The staff are so friendly and very professional. We were disappointed the sauna was not working during our time there. Also, we had issues with the dryer and another time in another room a leaking fridge. Despite this the staff were very quick to attend to such matters with genuine care. We don't mind about such things but it's good to know the staff are very caring. We look forward to visiting the Branksome again in future. :):) :)
