Booked a two nights room with free cancellation for better flexibility. A disrupted flight on the check-in day is unexpected. I contact them couple times for possible amendments. They don’t give me the clear response instead of pushing me around with the agents. It’s ok if they have policy to not refund or change. But we asked them nicely to keep our room for the second day. They agreed but our room has been canceled without our permission and any notice when we tried to do the checkin. Full amount has been charged by them. And told us that they are fully booked on that day… speechless!!

The hotel used to be the general post office. Loved the historical aspect of it. Staff is great. Everything is clean and the bed was comfortable. Very walkable but we took the streetcar to the wharf which was about a 15 minute walk. Will stay again.

Hotel clean and comfortable bed. Shower however kept going too hot every 10 seconds or so and there was no body lotion in provided bottle in bathroom. Hotel bar very quiet for a Saturday night a little too boring. We had to queue for what I would call an unacceptable time for breakfast in the morning. Obviously hotel could not cope with large number of guests as there was a large number of people also waiting to be seated.

Amazing wonderful stay. Service was spectacular. Everything about the Fullerton was brilliant. Cannot fault this hotel the staff the room the club executive suite. We would visit again and again.
