Our favorite hotel in Sydney. Have stayed multiple times for special occasions and never fails to deliver. Beautiful rooms, attentive service, one of the best breakfast buffets around with genuine GF options.

We have stayed at the Fullerton 3 times before and it is consistently wonderful! The location is fantastic, walking distance to all the train, light rail and metro stations which makes it super easy to get around town. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Couldn't have asked for better stay :)

직원들도 다들 친절했고 호텔도 멋졌지만 엘리베이터 바로 앞 방이라 그런지 밤새 쿵쿵 하는 소음이 간헐적으로 들려서 첫날밤 잠들기가 힘들었음. 그리고 두번째날 저녁 나갔다 들어오니 아침엔 멀쩡했던 샤워헤드가 고장나있었음....레인샤워기가 있어서 샤워는 가능하긴 했지만.... 그래도 위치도 너무 좋고 호텔도 멋져서 대체로 만족했고 재방문은 고려해 볼만하다고 생각.

Nice hotel, really excellent service. Good gym. I had a great stay. The only minor negative was that used towels were taken when not placed in the bathtub, despite the hotel informing that they wouldn't. Towels can be used more than once!

Wonderful old building, very quiet and comfortable, staff attentive BUT major problems with IT system meant a lot of time wasted at check in and out. We were then charged TWICE on our credit card for our accommodation and this was only rectified after 5 days. Repeated calls and emails received no reply and we have had no apology from the hotel. We had two other similar experiences in Australia and are beginning to think this is a common practice there. Watch out - thieves about!

Was travelling with a colleague, but I had to change plans. The hotel wouldn't allow my colleague to check-in, even though they had my details. They wouldn't answer the phone, they didn't reply to my emails (two days later and not reply) Woeful.
