It's a very stylish architectural building that incorporates the old in the new with perfection. Exquisite food and services. We had lounge access- can't speak highly enough! Very close to everything in the Sydney CBD. My favourite place to stay in Sydney, I'm a returned traveller.

We were unable to make a cup of tea . Not everyone drinks coffee!!! Had no idea how to use coffee machine if it was possible to boil water for tea( no directions provided) . Never enough milk provided in any case.as we both enjoy tea (with milk) on arrival and again early morning. Disappointing! Otherwise very good.
