Bathroom was impressive to see but not practical. Everything was wet after a shower. Breakfast was a big issue. Not enough workers, coffee ran out and took forever to refill, tables were not cleaned off well. Bad service for the cost.

The staff especially Grace at the front desk.. for a first time visitors to Australia she made my sister and I feel very welcomed. Coming from a very long flight an early check in was very much appreciated. She also helped us getting to where the closest public transportation from the hotel. Thank you Grace! The hotel is clean and nice. We will surely comeback. Location is good, close to Circular Quay and walking distance to bus and train station.
