Online registration is new and check in next level - one could argue eliminated the personal touch you often enjoy at reception instead a QR code, room number print out and two cards delivered. Check out little confusing about card drop off but was easy. Great value - see how it goes under impending new owners

The location of the property is wonderful. An easy walk to the Sydney Opera House, the rocks and the ferry pier. During our stay, the hotel restaurant was under renovation though still serving breakfast, which was very good. The size of the premium queen room is very small for guests with large suitcases. It is not possible to keep the bags open and walk around the room.

Convenient location for Circular Quay and transport links. Modern property. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. We were given early check in which was really great after a long flight. My only criticism is that the rooms do not have enough storage spaces if you are travelling with a full case. Only two drawers and six hangers. Could really do with more. Also the air conditioning was not cool enough. Excellent stay though. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Would stay there again.
Hotel was nice and I would stay there again. The room was a little small, but comfortable. The bathroom was a bit annoying because the shower would flood the bathroom if you didn't have the shower head directed the correct way, but the head would twist back to the direction where it would flood. We were very frustrated that we put up a placard to have the room cleaned twice, but it wasn't cleaned. However, we did receive a credit that we were able to use for a drink in the bar.
