Lovely facilities.. great location.. clean, affordable.. easy access… nice complementary drink on arrival… Only problem is lack of parking… this wasn’t explained very well when booking and so by the time we were nearly in Sydney , if we hadn’t of checked website we wouldn’t have known about where to park in surrounding streets… maybe this needs to be highlighted in blurb before taking a booking… But, staff were lovely in getting back quickly with information via email… thanks guys.. great stay!

We had a King Studio for an eight night stay at The Urban and found the room a little tight on space. We didn’t have any drawer space for clothing and for us there was nowhere to put our one suite case on the frame provided, due to this limited space. A box of tissues would have been useful in the ensuite. On the plus side we found all staff very friendly and helpful and it is a perfect location. We will definitely stay again but review room size better.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly, kind & courteous. The room I had was clean and tidy. Smack in the middle of the inner west it’s easy to reach all areas. I was here for 5 weeks and the cooking facilities in the room meant some nights I can stay in. I highly recommend. Sajal one of the managers was extremely helpful. This is a great place to stay.

Area: The property is in the best place! It’s walking distance to a huge stretch of food and retail places. The local culture and vibes are also great. Service of hotel: Customer service was great and room was super clean. Houskeeping is provided as well. Only issue we had was that our room; I believe there were pipes or something of the such behind the walls so unfortunately we had constant knocking and banging sounds throughout the whole time there.
