The room was tired looking. Fixes and small renos were not well executed (eg. Old Curtain tracks still visible, old oven cavity covered with chipped melamine) but the beds were comfortable and clean. The pool/hot tub area was lovely and well maintained. I was upgraded to a huge apartment which was nice. Location is excellent. Easy walking to everything.

The rooms could have been cleaned sooner in the day. We would get back at 4:30-5 and the room still had not been cleaned. Overall it was a good experience. Would stay again.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Arrived late so had no dinner not an area i would wander on my own as a 70 yo female at night to get dinner. Staff friendly, plenty of places to eat during the day, close to wynyard station which was perfect. Will stay again.

Unfortunately there was flooding in the 2 bedroom apartment I had booked with some friends, so we had to be moved to two one bedroom apartments. It was disappointing but the hotel offered us the mini bar which was very gracious of them.

We had a great one bedroom apartment overlooking to city end of the Harbour Bridge and located close to the Rocks. Lots of activities well within walking distance and Wynyard Station and supermarkets within a block down York Street. The apartment itself was well appointment, comfortable and felt like home.

Can't fault my stay at the York. Room was clean with no smells, well set up with kitchen and laundry, comfy bed, staff very friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem. The highlight was a pool with palm trees in the middle of the city. Would stay here again no doubt.

A sauna and a massage pool are good for travellers to relax their minds and bodies. Our two-room suite is spacious and big enough for three of us. The washing machine and dryer are perfect for our long trip. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. On arrival, we found and reported that the microwave didn't work, and the staff replaced it with a new one the next day. ^^
