The water in the shower only had one temperature, scalding hot. There was also a lot of black mold growing around the tub. Will not be staying there again.

Beds comfortable, quiet building and location. Carpets dirty, bathroom floor dirty. Building is tired and run down, in need of a thorough cleaning from top to bottom and some upgrades.

The service was excellent, breakfast was good with lots of options, bed was comfy, room was clean, close to lots of amenities and there was a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness Centre and arcade room ... very much enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!

Room was in the basement, which smelled of must, dampness, weed and spices. Bathroom tiles were black with mold-like looking substances, tiles broken, mold on the drapes, carpet was filthy with stains & musty smells. Fridge had an awful odour emanating from behind. We won’t stay there again!!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. So many things to list stains all over walls and floors furniture broke rust all over tub . Breakfast was terrible. I can’t believe they have audacity to charge $240 a night for this. This is a glorified crack house that Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this place. Will never return and suggest you run far away from this place

The staff is very friendly, everything works, well maintained, clean but facilities need to be upgraded, especially the rooms. Common areas are perfect. Food is very good, delicious, fresh. We strongly recommend it if you are looking for a budget stay for a night. Thank you!

There was no elevator in the building and one of our party had accessibility issues and they could not put us on the main floor. The room was very old and worn out. The bathroom was in terrible condition. (Mold in the bathroom, taps backwards, very out of date.) The breakfast was sub-par. The milk was warm for the cereal. Things were very dirty and messy in the dining area. The amount of bird poop on the windows alone was enough to ruin one's appetite. We were very disappointed.

Comfortable room, bed was great, gym was well equiped, breakfast was yummy with nice selection. Did not have a reservation but noted rooms on line available for the night we needed. Hotel could not match the on line price. We stepped out of the cue, booked on line and then checked in again.......room cost was $100.00 less in price then what was quoted at the desk initially.
