Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in and check out. Bed was amazing and i have to say the pilloes were the best i have ever experienced. Have been to this Hotel when it was the Travel Lodge and the upgrade has paid of.

Didn’t like the automated check in process. The room wasn’t set up as requested - three beds. One staff member on duty trying to serve the bar, assist with guest queries and check in issues. Breakfast was really good value.

Bad : The bed was the most uncomfortable part of the whole stay. The bathroom was decent but showing signs of age. Self checkin sucked! Good: Kitchen area had a sink!
