Very nice place. Very clean and the staff were great. Would stay here again
Beautiful, modern hotel with onsite parking and the staff were excellent. The room looked brand new and the bathroom was impressive. Especially the large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads: one massive one and a smaller hand-held one. Plus the hot water was very quick and the pressure was good. The wi-fi was great too, and we needed it because our mobile reception wasn't good. The bed was really comfortable too, plus nice and high for people with mobility issues. Definitely staying there again!
A clean and comfortable stay, not too far to the city by train. Rooms well soundproofed so nice and quiet. Plenty of parking (at an additional cost but that’s pretty standard for most hotels in sydney for secure parking). Couldn’t fault the stay
So clean and modern. Comfiest bed and crisp linen. The only thing I could ask for would be better in room dining. Attached to a club via same lifts for easy access and across road from Westfield . I'd highly recommend plus I got a great price.
I loved this property, close to trains to the city, close to Westfield, staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast bar is a great idea. Great to have parking, entrance was a little confusion, but overall very modern facilities.
The male manager is extremely rude And unfriendly. He lacks the hospitality that Travelodge represents. He scored at me like a principal to a primary student. he talked to me in a very extremely rude way that I have never experienced. He told me that the hotel won’t accept my booking, including my family members in the future. He scolded at me and gave me a very bad attitude when I checked out A bit late because I got lots of luggage. he wasn’t helpful at all, But blamed I was slow and he doesn’t allow me to book in the hotel by any means.
