Shower was absolutely disastrous, water going everywhere and little to nothing where needed. Nothing to see out your window and working tv was a nightmare. Carpet had a few worriedly marks. No bench room in bathroom. And terrible sickly air freshener smell throughout hotel. Didn’t find desk staff very nice and not helpful.

It's a perfect hotel to stay at when returning from an International flight. The shuttle represents good value and is prompt when called. The hotel is comfortable and convenient.

Great for airport stay
Great hotel if you need to be near the airport. The shuttle bus service next door is convenient to get to the airport- they do not have a pick up service only drop off.

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. Mascot station is around 8-10 minutes walk with several dining options. Around 10 minutes to international terminal. Friendly staff.
