Very good hotel with great courteous staff. The room was a perfect size for our family with comfortable beds and enough power outlets. Good location for public transport as well The bathroom could do with an upgrade but at least the room was clean

Great hotel but parking across the road in the secure parking was too much of an inconvenience. Took an hour to find parking, after they told me over the phone there is always parking in there. This was not the case and it was stressful. I would not book again due to no convenient parking on the premises.

I have stayed at The Vibe hotel a number of times and have always found it a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is easy to get to by train and it is reasonably close to the airport.

The room was spacious and updated unlike some of the other Sydney hotels desperately needing renovations. The room I stayed in this time had a renovated bathroom, as compared to the room I stayed with them on my previous visit. Having a nice renovated bathroom is a big boom. If only they could improve the shower pressure, it would have got them 5-stars!

Very well priced option for central Sydney location close to museum station corner Eliz and Goulburn streets. Gym, cafe and wine bar, very well priced city parking just across the road. Hotel allowed me to change dates past cancellation free period and Wotif was really helpful in facilitating this.

Comfortable city stay.

The room was HUGE, it was a nice surprise to not be in a small room. The king bed was comfortable and there was a large lounge next to it. The wardrobe set up was walk in style next to the bathroom. Breakfast had a decent amount of options and good coffee (from a machine). Location is 10mins from a variety of public transport options: light rail, metro and train.

Location: great Room: the bed is facing directly to the front door so it’s so bright at night. Very clean tho. The design of the shower is weird. Bathroom will entirely wet after shower. Services: a receptionist called Lisa

Do not pay for parking through the property if staying over the weekend. Parking was $45 if paid direct but if paid via the hotel they charge $78. They also would not provide 1hr late check out, without fee of $30. Check in staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked about the stairs to level 9 as the lift stops at level 8. Bathroom was moldy, and carpets had stains and rips. The furniture in the sitting area near reception is worn out. The only benefit is the room configuration is suitable for families, (king and 2 single beds) which is rare in Sydney CBD.

There is nothing VIP access about this property. The room was dark and small and I was even given a room which was much smaller than the photos on the advertisement at first. Shocking. The staff were friendly and nice and the location is good but the room was worn out, dark and cold.
