The staff were lovely at check in, but clearly the cleaning and maintenance is under staffed, because both the female toilets were blocked, showers dirty, the hot water wasn't working properly so I had a cold shower. It's also very noisy.Stay there if you'd like to traumatise yourself...

When you just need a place to sleep with no frills
Basic of basic no kitchen but kfc is walking distance. Open carpark so your car is open to vandalism. Chips and nuts available only through qr code in bedroom. Bed is ok for comfort but is on the floor with no frame or legs

We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and I brought it to the receptionist’s attention. He was prompt to address the issue. The mirror in the bedroom is also broken. We did not bother asking for a replacement.

No toilet roll holder in room. Very little water pressure. No heater in bathroom (it was freezing and I picked up a cold. A lot if rubbish around the hotel

This place is not safe and clean. Also they have share bathroom. Parking is not safe too. Suspicious people are surrounded in the parking lot. We felt like throwing up when we walked in. Smells so bad. We did not stay in this place even though we checked in. We had to find a place to stay.

Affordable, clean and comfortable
Great little place to stay overall. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly. The only drawback was the sound of doors slamming shut all night from people leaving their rooms to use the bathroom. I had an ensuite bathroom but others don't. I woukd like to suggest having soft close doors installed for overnight comfort of guests.

The property was old and there was no elevators to carry my luggage to the first floor. Plus I was not told that this property had a common restroom and bathroom shared with all other guests at the property. I had to pick up my heavy luggage to the 1st floor and there was no restroom in my room. If I knew it I would have not booked my room here

Staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed chatting to the person at check in. Unfortunately the rooms were quite dusty and smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. There were no windows that could open so we couldn’t even try to get fresh air. The bed was pretty comfortable. I’d recommend using earplugs because the mini fridge was quite loud and the walls were quite thin so you could hear a lot from other rooms.
