Property smells like cigarettes BAD! Curtains were falling off the windows in our room. Carpet throughout property was stained. Kid at the front desk was very nice. This place is a total dump. I cant believe I paid $160 to stay there. Sad...

The room I had was clean and safe and that's all I was looking for. I chose this property for its price. I didn't expect the hotel Hershey at this location. The property however is absolutely dilapidated. There were signs suggesting it's under renovation but from reviews I have read those signs have been up for a long time. The staff was as accommodating as they could be. Take your own pillows if you're traveling by car. There's are absolutely flat. Rooms are tiny but I did not need much space I was traveling alone

It’s in poor condition, my TV didn’t work, they didn’t service the room & I was there 2 days, ice machine on 2nd floor only, it smelled like skunk stink in the lobby and for $125/night taxes was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of travel. On a scale of 1-5, I give it a 1

Room was old…old stained carpet, cracked porcelain sink, old mattress, thin pillows, hallway had old carpet that smelled stale. Was under impression breakfast was available and all there was was coffee. Very disappointed

The carpet was wet, the rooms do not look like any of the pictures. I had to ring the bell twice to get any kind of attention to check in and check out. For the price, it was absolutely a waste of money to be able to use a hard bed and two flat pillows for the night

It was nice to have the handicap up front the only complaint I had no cups in room and vending machine on 2nd floor for ice I’m not good walking up two flights with back issue everything else was okay. I felt sorry for the bathroom sink somebody took A Knife too it and was marked up pretty bad

My stay was just for a quick week. Answer I can rest I work nearby. I couldn't drive home and I didn't want to fall asleep on the road. So I decided to get a room so I can get back to work. With no issues, the place is going under repairs. I do understhen but. It could be done better

The room was nasty with stained furniture. The air conditioning barely blew any air. The wash cloth had dead bugs stuck to it.

There was excessive mold in the room, the doors didn't lock properly, allowing anyone to come inside, there was a water bug in the tub and a fly in the bed area. The mattress had brownish stains on it. The rooms and hallways also smelled like cigarette smoke. The vending machine was overpriced and the front desk gentleman refused refunds if the machine took your money and didn't give you anything. The front desk guy also refused to give us towels, wash cloths, and fresh linen for our rooms.

I was coming back from Florida and I was running a race for this weekend and staying over night in Buffalo next week, so i didnt want to go all out spending on a hotel. But, i never felt more uncomfortable and grossed out by a hotel, it reeked of smoke and the carpet was gross.

It was cheap and the front desk person was friendly. The room was basic but clean and comfortable for my overnight i need in the spare of a moment. I would use again. Dont go in expecting the Marriott.
