Not worth it

I tried multiple attempts to reschedule this reservation as the concert we were attending was rescheduled and the hotel or hotels.com wouldn’t do it. Worst service and situation ever. I even shared with them how this was a concert to commemorate one year since my mom died which is already upsetting enough, and then the concert was cancelled and then they wouldn’t reschedule or refund me. Worst service ever. Don’t work with this property or hotels.com lesson learned.

In a pinch

Hotel is to be desired. Room had garbage on the floor from what I can only assume was from the previous guest. Used dirty towel was stuffed in one of the dresser drawers. Hotel isn’t in the best of shape. The beds are comfortable at least. Random wire protruding through the wall. Not sure if it was live or not. Wasn’t about to touch it to test it. The staff were fabulous though. Very, very nice and friendly. Hotel itself just needs a lot of work.

Very impressed, especially for the cost. It was quiet, breakfast was hot and a good selection, the beds were comfy and everyone slept well. The staff is great as well. Will definitely stay here again!

I could hear the lady in the room next to me cpap machine, when she was in the bathroom, her tv, when she was on a call- I could hear everything! The hotel itself was nice, walls were just very thin!
