Not happy

Not happy at all they had a disturbance and is was a domestic. Went on for a hour this was 2:30!in the morning it woke myself and my wife the wife couldn’t get back to sleep I did call the manager and he said there was nothing he could do for me. I definitely won’t stay there again.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms that had hard wood instead of carpet and loved it. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Housekeeping kept up with keeping the bed made and the towels stocked . Front desk staff was great! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was consistently damp. The AC worked well to keep it cool, but it made the bed feel damp, as well as my packed items. Housekeeping never came to my room during my 4-night stay. the bottle of body wash in the shower was empty.

The hotel was a delight! It was far above my expectations. The lobby and our room were bright, cheerful and clean, with tasteful artwork adorning the walls. I was floored by the tremendous breakfast array offered- so much more than I expected, as well as delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and will look for this chain whenever I travel.

Hotel Concord Ascend in Syracuse is a good choice

From check in to check out the staff were always friendly and the manager (male) I met on the first night was so friendly and remembered me after a few days - asking how my son was doing. Breakfast was good the room was good the area surrounding the hotel from first glance may be a little worrisome, but after my stay I can say it’s very safe and secure. I’ll be coming back and would love to stay there again but have to stay at a cheaper location…unless they will price match? Then I would surely stay there again!
