Know before you go!
Walking in we were immediately met with the smell of marijuana. That continued in lobby area and stairwell. The stairwell exit was propped open by a rock a couple times....we kicked it out as we went up for the night. The bathroom door frame looked like a dog had chewed it and part if the corner drywall had chipped off. Also, a used wash cloth was still on the shower rod. All walls had scuff marks and holes where lighting had been changed but properly covered and painted. Small stain on bed sheet. It also had a smell on our floor and our room that was not in the first floor The website says there is an airport shuttle. There is not! The positive is the kitchenette and coffee station the the lobby.

I was shocked to call and explain the entire table collapsed in my room and the response was “I don’t know anything about that”. Since there was NOTHING offered to me, I used the chairs and the bed to my personal belongings off the floor. You can tell they haven’t put any work into the upkeep. The hallways look extremely ran down. Candlewood use to be so much better than what i experienced.

Dirty, sticky floors, which we wiped down. No blanket on bed, just a sheet, hair dryer did not work, vent on floor/out of wall, not all lights worked. The entire hotel badly needed paint and a good cleaning. It smelled like urine. We feel we are entitled to a refund. We mentioned this to a receptionist who told us she would contact the manager and get back to us. Never happened. $200 a night for 2 rooms is unacceptable. We seek a refund.

Easy to access (behind the Holiday Inn Express). Lots of parking. I arrived late and left to catch and early morning flight. There is no shuttle to the airport, so note that Uber costs $15-$20 for the 5-minute ride, and my ride scheduled for 5:10 am didn't show. Toilet was not re-filling, but it was too late to do anything about it. Other than that the room served its purpose and I slept pretty well.

Faucets in room dripped all night. Thin blanket, no extra blankets in closet. No bar soap provided. Walls and bathroom cabinets scuffed up. Could not get a ride to airport. Tried 3 different cab companies with no success. Could be a nice hotel, but needs a lot of tlc. Room was quiet. Staff friendly.

This hotel was very dirty, The halls had stained carpets and scraped up walls, the entrance doors were filthy, Ac vent in my bedroom was rusty and paint falling off, the couch was ripped, recliner chair had stains on the head rest and dents in the walls. If I had known the condition of this hotel I would not made a reservation there. I am r Hotel manager suggested I contact you for a refund.

Remodeling but worth staying
Not sure about the awful reviews for this place. It is what it is. Clearly in the middle of a remodel. First floor is spotless and new. Our room was on the second floor. It was obvious they are about to remodel the floor but weren't there yet. The room was dated but spotless. Very clean. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat especially for the price.

I was there for about 10 hours. Staff was very helpful especially at check in. Property was fine, could use upgrades but all I needed was a bed for a few hours and it did the job.
