Room had an outdated/tired vibe even though the entire thing had been painted. Framed photos were dated and the frames were deteriorating, curtains looked old and were dirty, carpet was in fair condition and the hallways smelled overly-air-freshened. Ironing board and iron were propped against the wall on the floor in the closet. There was no hot water, no shampoo in the dispenser, and the lotion dispenser was dirty where you press down to release the lotion. Bed was comfortable but there were indentions/body impressions where others had slept time over time. Staff at front desk was indifferent. Nice standard offering at breakfast. I was more than glad to get back home and to my own bathroom and bed the next night. Definitely not worth the $170+ paid for the room.

The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with very bad back pain and was stiff once I was finally able to go to sleep because it was so uncomfortable . it was like one part was high and stiff and the other side was soft and low. I told the lady at front desk about it and she said she will make sure maintenance looks at it when I check out. Then I had the housekeeper pull it apart and see what was wrong and he took pics and showed her and I took a pic as well. It turned out the bedframe was broke or detached.I was expecting to get compensated but did not

Not great.

The owners were really nice, but the carpet in our room was soaking wet so we had to change rooms at 9:30 at night. Very inconvenient and confused why the carpet was so wet.
