Good Option

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Syracuse has very limited lodging options and even fewer quality locations. The comfort Inn is a good choice. We have been coming to Syracuse for 4 years. I wish we had tried this option sooner.

This hotel is rated 2 star. I would rate it a 4 atar. Room is large and clean. Neighborhood appear to be safe. Dinibg area need to be rearranged for better flow. Drainage issues in parking lot create puddles of water when it rains. TV remote need to come into the 21st century.

It is a nice, clean, quiet hotel with nice staff, a good set of breakfast offerings, and spacious room. To enhance the experience, the only thing I would suggest is try to do away with the bright super white lights in the room and use bulbes that give a warm light.
