Horrible experience. Booked a double room, they gave me a single room. Front desk clerk was not flexible, she didn't want to do any work, just kept saying she can't help me. I used to work in a hotel, she refused to even look or try to accommodate our stay. End result, we left the hotel and stayed at another hotel. Front desk woman didn't seem phased, didn't care. Blamed everything on Expedia.

While the stay was fine, if I were traveling alone, it would be okay, and I would have no complaints. It was upsetting that the accessible bathroom was not safe. The bar next to the toilet was not installed properly, and there were no bars in the tub, which was slippery, and an able-bodied person would be extra cautious. For the price of $260 for one night, please do not advertise accessible rooms if they are not fully accessible. It is simple: I would have chosen another hotel as I don't expect all hotels to meet my family's needs.

The staff were very lovely to deal with, I had hurt myself offsite and needed a room closer to the elevator and they accommodated me immediately and I was very thankful for that! I would definitely stay again!
